SHIPPING AND LOCAL PICK UP POLICY:

By processing payment for an order on www.harlanruby.com you are acknowledging agreement to the following Shipping and Local Pick Up Policy.

LOCAL PICK UP IN EAST NASHVILLE:  You will receive a text from: 833-224-4532 with pick-up instructions regarding your order. If you need to change your pick up day or time, please text 833-224-4532 to see if an adjustment to the pick up window can be made for your order. While we cannot guarantee an adjustment to the pick up day/time, we will do our best to accommodate your request if possible.

SHIPPING RULES AND RESTRICTIONS: Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding Federal Holidays within the United States. If delivery charges are incurred due to error on customer part (ie. providing us the incorrect shipping address), customer will be fully responsible for said charges and no other orders will be shipped until the balance has been reconciled in full. Harlan Ruby LLC DBA Mon Bon Chiffonhas the right to process any shipping charges that were incurred due to error on customer part.

SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS: Harlan Ruby, LLC DBA Mon Bon Chiffon is pleased to offer flat rate* shipping tier to addresses within the Contiguous US. We ship our products out of Nashville Tennessee via UPS® Ground/Home Delivery and/or USPS® Priority Mail.  We reserve the right to adjust shipping costs and/or change shipping carriers at any time without notice. 

PROCESSING TIMES FOR SHIPPING ORDERS: This is the time it takes for our team to pack your order for shipping and does not include the additional time needed for transit as detailed below. Most orders will have an approximate 2-7 business day processing time unless otherwise noted on the page with the product. While we do our best to pull orders promptly and most orders go out very swiftly, there can be unexpected delays due to weather or world-circumstances. If you have a time restriction and a need for your order to arrive to you within a specific timeframe, please phone us to discuss rush processing and/or expedited shipping options before you process payment for your order as all online sales are considered firm/final after the 30-min grace window and no refunds/exchanges will be made once the window has closed. 

TRANSIT TIMES FOR SHIPPING ORDERS: Each carrier and shipping method has their own "transit time." Once your order has departed from our warehouse it begins it's "transit." Transit times do not include processing and/or packaging of orders. Number of transit days does not include Saturday, Sunday and/or National Holidays (or processing/packaging time).

STANDARD TRANSIT TIMES FOR UPS GROUND:  The approximation map below may vary and weather-related delays are not subject to shipping refunds or adjustments. USPS PRIORITY MAIL transit times may vary from the map shown below: please add an extra day or two.

TRACKING:  Tracking numbers are assigned to packages once the shipping label has been printed for your order. You can find the tracking number for your order in your shipment confirmation email. (Please check your spam folder)  It may take up to 48 hours before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. While your package has already shipped from our warehouse in Nashville Tennessee and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide information about your package for 48 hours.

If we have evidence (delivery confirmation) that your product was delivered by USPS®/UPS® to your requested shipping address noted on your order form, then Harlan Ruby LLC will not be held responsible for any theft and/or damage taking place once the package is left on your property.  

DAMAGED/MISSING ITEMS:  In the case of items damaged during shipment, please contact our Customer Care team WITHIN 24 HRS OF RECEIVING ORDER. If contact is not made within 24 hours of carrier's noted delivery time, customer releases opportunity to file damage claims and Harlan Ruby LLC will not be held responsible. We will work with you to replace your item as quickly as possible. Please save all packaging materials in case a claim must be filed and customer must participate in claim investigation performed by shipping company.  If a claim must be filed and the customer has not held onto damaged items and packaging materials (and/or is unwilling to assist in claims investigation process), Harlan Ruby LLC will not be held responsible or liable to replace said damaged items.

In the case of items missing during shipment, please contact our Customer Care team WITHIN 24 HRS OF RECEIVING ORDER. If contact is not made within 24 hours of carries noted delivery time, customer releases opportunity to file missing claims and Harlan Ruby LLC will not be held responsible. Any/all reshipments made due to Seller error will be made via Ground Service.
